Tell us about the application
Paste what you know about the planning application, and attach any related documents you have - plans, letters, maps, photos. Works for any UK council.
Copy and paste as much as you can from the planning application’s main summary page on the council’s website - for example:
- the reference number (and any alternative reference number)
- the dates it was received and is valid until
- the address the proposal is for
- a summary of the proposal, if available
- its current status
Don’t worry about formatting or tidying it up - just paste everything in as it appears. The more you include, the better; the AI will make sense of it.
Application documents (optional)
Upload every document available for this application on the council’s website - plans, elevations, design statements, site notices, anything relevant. If you don’t have access to the council’s portal, a clear, legible photo of the planning notification letter you received works just as well. PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF are supported: up to 25 files, 28MB combined, 25MB per document or 10MB per photo - set by the limits of the AI that reads them, not an arbitrary cap.
