Our approach

We use a small amount of analytics to understand how the site is used, and we don’t use any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We keep things deliberately minimal.

What we do use

Vercel Analytics - a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that shows us aggregated page-visit statistics. It doesn’t use cookies or store anything that identifies you individually.

Google Analytics - helps us understand how visitors move through the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish one visit from another. You can opt out using Google’s browser opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies from google-analytics.com and googletagmanager.com in your browser.

While building your objection letter, we temporarily store your progress in your browser’s local session storage (not a cookie) so it isn’t lost if you leave and return during checkout. This is cleared automatically and is never sent to us.

When you pay, you’re taken to Stripe’s own secure checkout page, which sets its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These are set and controlled by Stripe, not by us - see Stripe’s privacy policy for details.

If we introduce advertising or tracking cookies in future, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent where required by law.
